Pay Rate:
$29.90/hr Position Overview Seeking an experienced Test Technician with strong expertise in electrical, RF, and digital testing to support an R D lab environment. This role is responsible for building and maintaining test racks and setups, executing test procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of results. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain test racks and test setups (RF, digital, electrical, antenna) Execute testing on electrical and RF components; analyze and troubleshoot results Identify and resolve issues across hardware, software, and test configurations Maintain detailed documentation, test reports, and performance feedback Ensure lab organization, safety, and compliance standards are met Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an R D lab or similar testing environment Hands-on experience with RF, electrical, and digital test equipment Proficiency with: Oscilloscopes Spectrum analyzers Signal generators Network analyzers Experience with test station assembly, maintenance, and debugging Ability to perform light mechanical and electrical assembly using hand tools Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Engineering or a related field Experience with antenna testing Exposure to both hardware and software testing workflows
