Responsibilities:
Provide test support for R D and production microcircuit products, including electrical validation and performance characterization. Execute test sequences and procedures to verify product functionality and compliance with specifications. Set up, operate, and calibrate automated and bench-top test equipment (e.g., network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal sources). Collect, analyze, and document test data to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and traceability. Troubleshoot product and test system failures; support root cause analysis and corrective actions with engineering and quality teams. Maintain test systems, including calibration status, preventive maintenance, configuration control, and data integrity within manufacturing systems. Support continuous improvement and team effectiveness by identifying process enhancements, assisting in test development, mentoring peers, and maintaining ESD, safety, and quality compliance.
Qualifications:
Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent technical discipline. Experience with microcircuit or RF/microwave product testing and characterization. Proficiency with automated test systems (ATE) and associated test software. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective actions with engineering teams. Experience with test method development, optimization, or yield improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of measurement accuracy, calibration practices, and uncertainty concepts. Ability to analyze test data, identify trends or anomalies, and recommend improvements. Experience training or mentoring technicians in test processes and equipment operation.
Pay Range:
