  • Mon•Fri•6am•2:30pm Pay•$19.

Position:
Tech B Job Summary :
Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic components. These Tech B's will need soldering skills like Surface Mount Soldering, Through Hole Soldering and will have to interview and pass a skills test to be eligible for hire.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of a 2-year Electronics degree, equivalent Electronics certification, or equivalent work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components. Analyzes issues down to the component level. Maintain efficiency and timeliness in completing repair orders and projects. Ability to read schematic diagrams. Comply with quality performance standards. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
Required Skills and Experience:
Required to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, when applicable. Solid understanding of various technology systems and applications, including knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory. Proficient in utilizing test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators and volt meters. Skilled in soldering and de-soldering techniques. Able to perform both surface mount and thru
  • hole techniques.
Utilize analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot down to the component level. Handling Hard Drive devices and keeping ESD policy standards. Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment. Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion. Proficiency in computer skills required for precise data entry of completed units.
