If you're passionate about electrical systems, problem‑solving, and ensuring top-quality commercial refrigeration equipment, this could be the perfect next step in your career. What You'll Do As a Master Tech, you'll play a key role in testing and troubleshooting commercial refrigeration units before they head to customers.

You will:

Interpret wiring schematics and blueprints Conduct full-function electrical testing (including hi-pot tests) Perform piping inspections, flow checks, and leak testing Document results using Microsoft Windows/Outlook Make minor repairs at the test station and track trends for continuous improvement Work independently while supporting overall production quality What You Bring ✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ 1-3 years of relevant electrical experience ✔ Ability to read schematics, use a multimeter, and perform diagnostic testing ✔ Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail ✔ Ability to stand/walk throughout shift and lift 30-40 lbs (with team lifts up to 60 lbs) ✨
