Electrical Technician II
Department:
Panel Shop
Location:
Duluth, GA WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for an Electrical Technician in our Panel Shop. You will be responsible for wiring, testing, and troubleshooting the panels that control equipment such as motors, compressors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Wires electrical controls panels following layout, work instructions, and appropriate standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics to properly wire control panels. Assist line specialist with training of new employees. Work independently with very little direction from
Line Specialist or Supervisor Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred
Experience:
2+ year of wiring experience
  • Required 4+ years of related experience Read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Required Use power tools
  • Required Use basic hand tools (Screwdriver, wire strippers, socket sets)
