OEM Engine Build & Test Technician 520 Brooks Road, Iowa Falls, IA 50126 $17.00 - $21.50 an hour - Full-time $17.00 - $21.50 an hour - Full-time OEM Engine Build & Test Technician Iowa Power Products is seeking a qualified, full-time OEM Build and Test Technician. This position combines equipment repair, OEM engine builds and testing, light manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse responsibilities, playing a key role in delivering high-quality products and service to our customers. This role is responsible for evaluating and performing OEM builds, assembly, and testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. Additional responsibilities include customer service, work at OEM's along with warehouse duties. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual who is customer-focused and committed to quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repair or service field, along with basic mechanical and electrical skills. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment. Training will be provided for the right individual. Job Responsibilities /

Expectations:

M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Perform OEM custom engine builds, assembly, and functional testing to meet quality standards Perform shipping and receiving duties and other warehouses tasks Learn to safely operate a forklift (training provided) Lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 75 lbs Maintain excellent attendance and reliability Work effectively both independently and within a team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a repair, service, and manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with power tools, OEM assemblies, or related equipment is a plus Basic mechanical and electrical skills required Strong attention to detail and communication skills Valid driver's license in good standing
