Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to support
H-60 R/S
production efforts. The selected candidate will assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, and will perform routine repairs, retrofits, systems integration, calibration, and testing to ensure operational excellence across the platform.
Essential Functions:
Assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment for
H-60 R/S
platformsConduct routine repairs, system retrofits, and upgrades to support production schedulesPerform systems integration, calibration, and functional testing of equipment and componentsIdentify and resolve issues affecting the performance and functionality of systems during assembly or testingPerform in-line repair and testing, ensuring effective operational readiness of equipment and systemsOperate specialized test equipment and troubleshoot complex assemblies for platform componentsCoordinate and manage test schedules, ensuring alignment with production timelinesProvide inputs for test plans focusing on equipment reliability, performance, and quality controlReview test plans and procedures to ensure alignment with technical requirementsConduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment, or component testing to ensure compliance with standardsAdjust and calibrate equipment under test, capturing and analyzing results to identify root causes of any issuesPropose actionable recommendations based on test data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement for production efforts
Experience and Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience supporting production, systems, or related platforms.

Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and assembling complex mechanical and electronic systems.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of test equipment, calibration procedures, and in-line repairProven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks or test schedules under tight production timelines.

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; US Citizenship required
Desired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of test equipment, calibration procedures, and in-line repair processes specifically for
H-60 R/S
systems.

Extensive knowledge and experience supporting
H-60 R/S
production, systems, or related platforms.
Travel:
Minimal. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
