Friday Pay:
$21-$26/hr Key Responsibilities Execute assembly and fabrication of complex manufactured products following established procedures Perform troubleshooting and debugging activities on manufacturing products Gather and analyze test data from multiple sources for issue resolution Troubleshoot standard issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Conduct PCBA inspection, rework, and circuit board modifications Set up and execute test fixtures and DAQ systems Read and interpret engineering documentation, schematics, and technical drawings Fabricate cable harnesses and assemble electronic boxes Support first article builds and hardware inspections Maintain accurate documentation of discrepancies and testing results Ensure compliance with SAE, Metric, and ASME hardware standards Assist in training new hires and junior team members Contribute to quality improvements and process optimization initiatives Required Qualifications (Must Haves) Prior hands-on experience with product testing / hardware testing Experience may come from: internships co-ops trade school projects academic lab / club projects Experience with connecting wires and components into products to run tests Basic understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentation Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills for data entry and software operations Understanding of SAE, Metric, and ASME standards Strong English communication skills Ability to stand for 8 hours and frequently lift up to 50 lbs The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.
