Job Description

Instruments Test Tech Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Instruments Test Tech to join their team. As a Instruments Test Tech, you will be part of the Production Department supporting testing and system analysis. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3:30 PMWhat's the Job
  • Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization
  • Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues with test equipment
  • Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures
  • Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements to enhance instrument performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What's Needed
  • AA degree in mechatronics or a relevant field, or 5 years of troubleshooting experience in electrical, mechanical, or software areas
  • Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting measurements, and understanding work instructions
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all work activities.
