In this role, you will design test plans, execute complex electrical testing, and troubleshoot system failures on advanced assemblies and control panels. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong background in power distribution, and love solving complex electrical puzzles, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities Functional Testing:
Set up, inspect, and execute mechanical, electrical, insulation, and sequence tests on structures, panels, and assemblies.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
Identify test failures, perform root-cause analysis on complex electrical circuits, and complete necessary repairs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supervisory teams to coordinate corrective actions and recommend process improvements.
Compliance & Verification:
Verify customer orders for completeness and directly support customer inspectors during live testing activities.
Documentation & Maintenance:
Author test plans, maintain highly accurate testing records, write repair reports, and ensure all test equipment remains calibrated.
Safety First:
Comply strictly with all PPE, safety protocols, hygiene standards, and workplace housekeeping rules.
Position Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working specifically in power distribution or electrical distribution environments.
Technical Skills:
Proven tracking record troubleshooting complex electrical circuits and the ability to fluently read and interpret engineered electrical schematics.
Relocation:
No relocation benefits are provided for this position. Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of specialized experience reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematics. Prior experience safely working with open, energized electrical equipment in a dedicated testing environment.

$58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
