Secret Eligible / Ability to Obtain DoD Secret Clearance We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Technician to support advanced electronic and RF testing operations in a high-performance defense environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience involving complex electro-mechanical assemblies and RF systems. Key Responsibilities Construct, modify, test, troubleshoot, and assist in the development of complex electronic circuits utilizing established design concepts. Perform testing and troubleshooting of highly complex assemblies and systems using electro-mechanical, electronic, and inspection instruments. Conduct RF test and debug activities using industry-standard tools including oscilloscopes, meters, network analyzers, electronic CAL kits, and related equipment. Execute tests and experiments on electronic systems and subsystems by following published procedures and technical requirements. Analyze test results and support engineering teams with recommendations for design revisions or performance improvements. Compile, review, analyze, and present engineering and test data to support program objectives. Utilize computer-based tools and operating systems including Windows and Linux environments. Support occasional off-shift operations, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and periodic weekend work as required. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent experience. Minimum of four (4) years of directly related electronic/RF test experience OR completion of a military technical "A" school. Strong hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical assemblies. Proven RF test and debug experience. Familiarity with RF/electronic test equipment including: Oscilloscopes Network analyzers Electronic calibration kits Digital meters and related instrumentation Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (Secret Eligible candidates encouraged to apply). Preferred Qualifications Prior defense or aerospace industry experience. Flexibility to support off-shift schedules when needed. Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments.
