Position Details Oversee all processes of the Component Final Testing Department.
Responsibilities include:
Lead a small team to achieve throughput of product in an efficient and timely manner Manage varying levels of workload and testing requirements in an organized and timely manner Understand the purpose and nature of various testing operations being applied to the product in order to troubleshoot and problem solve issues with the equipment and product Create and submit Test Reports with accuracy and in an organized manner using MS Excel Communicate issues in the Testing Department with the leadership team in a professional and organized manner Support improvements in Safety, Quality, and Production. Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample results. Grow in knowledge of process equipment, and suggest improvements to process and equipment Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure safety, health, and a great working environment for all employees.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma Basic Math problem solving and creative thinking skills Basic MS Excel Skills Professional Verbal and Written communication skills Experience in a warehouse/plant/manufacturing preferred
Pre-Employment Drug Screening Required Other Details Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, with overtime available.
