  • 30 p/hr)) We are seeking a Temporary Validation Technician to work for an established high-technology Manufacturer East of Syracuse, NY.
This is a 1st shift opportunity.
Profile :
Highly recognized Industry Leading Manufacturer Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing technology company Key duties include : Build and assemble test fixtures, test boxes, and wire harnesses accurately in accordance with defined test project requirements. Demonstrate basic working knowledge of hand assembly techniques, including the use of hand-crimping tools. Use soldering irons effectively for component and wire assembly tasks. Read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Assist with the installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of test equipment and related components, along with other assigned tasks. Support small testing-related projects, including test equipment improvements, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, under the guidance of the engineering team.
Education and Experience :
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school 1+ years of experience in the test / equipment environment, preferred automotive field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Some experience reading technical drawings, and engineering specs. Experience reading basic electrical schematics and performing measurements using DMM, oscilloscope, power supply. To apply for this position, please submit your resume to #tech123
