Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Thursday schedule (overtime may be required) Our client is seeking an Associate Test Technician to join their team and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. This position plays a hands-on role in product testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. This is a direct hire role with an urgent need for candidates to start by August 31, 2025 . All candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
What you get to do:
Perform helium leak checks on sealed compartments to ensure airtight integrity Conduct BCT (Bushing Current Transformer) testing to verify CT ratios, polarity, and insulation resistance Perform low voltage Hipot testing to confirm dielectric integrity and insulation strength Measure and document coil resistance values for quality verification Follow standardized test procedures and work instructions with precision and safety Record and track test results accurately in logs or systems Work closely with senior technicians and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What you need to succeed: High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred At least 1 year of relevant technical or testing experience (multi-function experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and troubleshoot circuits Proficient in the use of testing equipment, hand tools, and material handling practices Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Basic computer and math skills Familiarity with quality management systems and LEAN manufacturing principles Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods What's in it for you: $22.50/hour pay rate Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Safe Harbor 401(k) with match, Life Insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, and supplemental insurance options On-site position with a stable Monday-Thursday schedule Be part of a safety-focused, quality-driven team environment Apply now!
