Description:
The RMA Technician is responsible for supporting the full RMA lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, repair, documentation, and coordination activities related to returned products and service parts. This role blends hands-on technical work with documentation, inventory awareness, and strong cross-functional collaboration in support of Customer Success objectives. The position supports EPC Power's customers by ensuring returned products are repaired, tested, documented, and returned efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires flexibility and adaptability due to the company's rapid growth and evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of EPC Power products and subassemblies Set up, operate, and tear down test stands safely and efficiently Diagnose failures, support root-cause identification, and implement corrective actions Complete repair, rework, final assembly, and product restoration activities Accurately document testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and RMA activity Support RMA material handling including packaging, shipping, and inventory tracking Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, engineering, production, quality, warehouse, and service teams Maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization Qualifications (Required): High school diploma or equivalent Experience using hand tools and working safely with electrical equipment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions while taking initiative to improve processes Experience working in a team-based, fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and ability to safely lift and move heavy products Qualifications (Preferred): Experience testing, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical or power-electronic products Experience in manufacturing, test lab, or RMA environments Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite for case, RMA, inventory, or documentation tracking Familiarity with ERP systems and structured documentation processes Inventory handling and material coordination experience Familiarity with EPC Power products Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field Benefits 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement EPC Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
