Job Description

We are hiring and seeking motivated Electromechanical Testers to join our high-tech manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, precision testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong technical foundation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Pay Range:
$19.00
  • $24.
00 per hour (Plus Shift Differentials)
Starting Rate:
Your specific hourly rate will be determined based on your years of applicable electromechanical testing experience.
Skills Assessment:
Final pay offers are contingent upon the results of onsite skills testing, where you will demonstrate your proficiency schematics and an understanding of AC/DC circuits. Work Schedule & Compensation We offer various shift options to fit your lifestyle, including standard 8-hour shifts and 10-hour shifts with some mandatory overtime opportunities.
Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift (Day): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start between 5:00 AM
  • 6:30 AM.
  • 2nd Shift (Swing): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start between 2:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM.
  • 3rd Shift (Night): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start at 10:00 PM.
Weekend Shifts:
Friday
  • Monday Shift Differentials (Earn More per Hour!): Boost your base pay by working one of our premium shifts:
  • 2nd Shift (Swing): +10% pay increase
  • 3rd Shift (Night): +13% pay increase
Weekend Day:
+10% pay increase
    Weekend Swing:
    +18% pay increase
      Weekend Night:
      +23% pay increase
      Overtime & Flexibility:
      • Overtime is common and may be required based on business needs (including weekends).
      Key Responsibilities:
        System Testing:
        Perform comprehensive functional testing and calibration of semiconductor devices and processing equipment.
          Technical Troubleshooting:
          Diagnose and resolve complex issues in electromechanical systems, vacuum systems, and gas delivery modules.
            AC/DC Diagnostics:
            Apply a strong understanding of AC/DC circuits to test power distribution, interpret electrical schematics, and ensure system safety.
              Quality Documentation:
              Maintain precise records of test results, assembly progress, and quality notifications to ensure full traceability. Qualifications
                Level I:
                Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience (up to 1 year).
                  Level II:
                  Associate's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience (2+ years).
                    Technical Skills:
                    Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.
                    • Strong fundamental knowledge of electromechanical systems and AC/DC power.
                    • Experience using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters). Physical Requirements
                    Standing:
                    Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (up to 10 hours) on a manufacturing floor.
                      Lifting:
                      Capability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs independently.
                        Dexterity:
                        Strong fine motor skills for wiring and handling small internal components.
                          Environment:
                          Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, which requires wearing full protective gear (hood, mask, gloves, and coveralls). Why Apply?
