  • 3:30 PM Summary Technician will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and assembling technologically advanced equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Your contributions will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of product tests, troubleshooting, and repairs using detailed work instructions, test procedures, engineering documents, and schematics. Inspect, maintain, and calibrate avionics equipment, support equipment (SE), and aircraft components. Troubleshoot and repair radio frequency systems, systems components, wiring harnesses, circuit card assemblies, logic circuits, microwave equipment, servomechanisms, antennas, and power supply circuits. Utilize electrical test sets, handheld equipment, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to identify failed components, order parts, and maintain stock. Set up and operate testing equipment and document test results accurately. Perform physical movement of materials to and from testing platforms. Use ERP systems such as
SAP/PRISM/CMES/IMRO
to support testing and assembly processes. Identify and select components for sub-assembly and assembly units. Utilize small hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) for assembly tasks. Make set-ups, alignments, and adjustments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Maintain a strong safety focus in all activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active Secret Clearance is required. High school diploma or an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with 4 years of relevant experience in electronics, military training in electronic testing/troubleshooting, or equivalent experience/education in testing and assembly processes. Strong experience using schematics and drawings to troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, controllers, power supply modules, and I/O modules at the component level. Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with minimal supervision.
