Job Description The Electronics Test Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying electronic assemblies and finished products in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production, rework, and repair activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Responsibilities Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic sub-assemblies and finished products Use automated and manual test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools Analyze test results, document failures, and support corrective actions Set up and verify test equipment to ensure proper calibration and operation Interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and travelers Follow applicable quality standards and industry requirements Adhere to ESD and FOD control procedures Qualifications and Requirements Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics Working knowledge of electronic components and their applications Ability to use hand tools commonly found in electronics manufacturing Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes Ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent work experience IPC certification preferred Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing or test environment preferred Your New Organization This organization is an established electronics manufacturing company that supports the design, testing, and production of electronic assemblies used across a variety of industries.
