Location/Division Specific Information:
Madison, Wisconsin Chemical Analysis Division How Will You Make an Impact?: The Test Technician position will be responsible for the alignment and testing of various complex scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement! Responsibilities Complete alignment and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards. Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification. Communicates effectively with team members and contributes to a positive team culture. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Preferred Experience Experience with test result analysis in manufacturing. Proven track record as a Manufacturing Technician.
Physical Requirements:
May require exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
