Electronics Test Technician Job Description The Electronics Test Technician plays a crucial role in the Test Services team, focusing on performing electromagnetic compatibility testing across various industries. Working under direct supervision, the technician engages with a diverse range of products, from consumer items and wireless modules to complex medical devices and industrial systems, utilizing a state-of-the-art engineering and RF lab. Responsibilities Perform electromagnetic compatibility testing. Receive instructions from and report data to project engineers. Communicate with clients during the setup and performance of a test. Perform and document routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory areas. Conduct validation and verification of tests and equipment Skills Experience with test equipment and automation. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems. Exposure to PLC code, LabVIEW, or C programming. Knowledge of battery systems and motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum Associate's Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Demonstrated hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical products or technology. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Recent Bachelor's Degree graduates with a passion for hands-on work are encouraged to apply. Work Environment Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art test lab as part of a small team. Engage in exciting prototype work in a collaborative and innovative setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
