Through DRMP's college internship opportunity, students will gain practical experience while earning an engineering degree and exploring a potential career path in Engineering. Gain practical experience while earning your degree Explore a potential career path Network with professionals in the field Potential for full-time employment upon graduation Several of our current engineers and a few Vice Presidents got their start at DRMP as interns Your Primary Responsibilities will include Assist in designing stormwater infrastructure such as detention/retention basins, storm sewers, and green infrastructure solutions. Assist with site assessments and data collection for Stormwater management projects. Conduct basic engineering calculations and analyses under supervision. Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for stormwater projects and presentations. Learn and apply regulatory requirements related to Stormwater management. What you'll need Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
