Serve as a technical liaison with IDOT, local agencies, stakeholders, and the public to ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Support business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and strategic planning.
Active Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in transportation engineering, with a strong portfolio of IDOT Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Lead and manage the design of complex roadway and multimodal transportation projects, including geometric design, drainage, traffic control, and construction staging.Serve as a technical liaison with IDOT, local agencies, stakeholders, and the public to ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.Active Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in transportation engineering, with a strong portfolio of IDOT Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
