At RK&K, we are hiring a Senior Project Delivery Leader to support existing clients and support the development of new clients and efforts firmwide. As a senior member of our development team, you will focus on leading a variety of dynamic pursuits and projects as it relates to federal and facility PM/CM, primarily focused on project across RK&K's overall current and new service areas. Join our one profit center team as you perform a wide variety of facility planning, engineering and PM/CM tasks, including; developing/analyzing alternative solutions, overseeing talented and professional staff, and leading facility projects. Essential Functions Lead facility planning, design or PM/CM projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment Mentor junior engineering and technician staff on transportation planning and/or design task Understand and apply Highway Design Standards, and other highway design manuals and guidelines to transportation projects Produce construction documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work in a team environment Serve as Project/Program and Contractual Manager on a variety of projects Facilitate internal and client meetings, and presentations Direct project staff and sub-consultants Serve as liaison between client and firm Participate in Business Development and Marketing to secure future clients and workload Required Skills and Experience Fifteen (15)+ years of experience in engineering services with progressive responsibilities including business development and project delivery Experience managing and delivering design-build and design-bid-build construction projects Be highly engaged in professional engineering/ construction societies, regularly attending local meetings especially those with high levels of client participation Capacity to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually, including strong technical and proposal writing skills Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field Preferred Skills and Experience Facility project delivery experience Experience with working in multiple states Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
