  • Transportation to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience designing roadway and intersection improvements that make communities safer and more connected. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced transportation engineers and planners while building technical skills in roadway design, traffic analysis, and public engagement. Responsibilities What You Will Do As a Graduate Engineer on our transportation team, you will contribute to a variety of roadway and intersection projects.
Responsibilities include:
Perform CAD drafting and 3D design for intersection and highway improvement projects Assist with traffic and intersection capacity modeling and prepare reports summarizing results Support development of public meeting materials, including presentation boards and visual displays Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop design solutions Participate in project coordination and team discussions throughout planning and design Qualifications What You Bring We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in transportation engineering. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026 Interest in developing a career in transportation engineering Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Previous consulting internship experience Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed Experience with Bentley OpenRoads or similar roadway design software Work Authorization This position requires authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Benefits & Compensation Salary Range:
$62,600

Paid Time Off:
