Entry Level Roadway Engineer AECOM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Valid U.S. Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of hire. Familiarity with Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD), MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to roadway or transportation engineering. Familiarity with MDOT design standards, specifications, and project delivery processes. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Knowledge of roadway geometrics, drainage design, traffic control, and transportation engineering fundamentals. 1+ years of experience in roadway, transportation, or civil engineering. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Additional Information Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
