As a member of This position will serve on-site at Bradford located at 5000 Bradford Drive Suite 300 Huntsville

Responsibilities
  • Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract.
  • Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.
Additional role-specific responsibilities include:
  • Verify hardware in accordance with applicable Technical Data Packages (TDP).
  • Verify connections according to applicable Interface Control Documents (ICD).
  • Verify remove and replace activities of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) that impact the system's configuration.
  • Verify Operating Infrastructure Versions (OIV), Fire Control Network (FCN), Hardware (HW), IBCS application Software (SW), system name and location, and hard drive Document Control Number (DCN).
  • Support hardware integration activities and events.
  • Assist Configuration Management with configuration status accounting of the labs.
  • Support internal process compliance audits.
Basic Qualifications for Quality Engineer 3 Bachelor's in Science OR a Master's in Science degree An active US Government Secret or Top Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years 4+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment. At least 3 years of experience working on defense contracts (DoD or similar). Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence and Jira US Citizenship Required Preferred Qualifications for Quality Engineer 3 Bachelor's in Science OR a Master's in Science degree Experience auditing or maintaining quality management systems to AS9100 or equivalent aerospace/defense standards. Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment. 7+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
