• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies.
• Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment.
• Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures.
• Reports on Key Performance Indices.
• Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports.
• Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other duties as required. ## What You Bring To Freeport
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline with no experience required.
• Working knowledge of MSOffice suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Knowledge and understanding of good engineering practices and principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with solid integrity.
• Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality. ## Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering Degree
• Completion of Reliability Engineering courses
• SMRP or CMRP Certification
• Six Sigma experience or Certification
• Machine Lubrication Technician I (MTLI) and or MLA What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $80,000-$110,000.

This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
