Glendale, Arizona job type: Contract salary: $34.60 - 48.44 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality control systems and evaluation protocols to ensure the high integrity of manufactured products and materials.

Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing functions to establish, audit, and continuously improve robust quality standards.

Devise and implement testing methods and inspection processes to evaluate the precision, capability, and accuracy of production equipment.

Perform root cause analysis and statistical evaluations using DMAIC, 8D, and 5-Why methodologies to resolve technical issues and handle CAPAs.

Manage the Performance Excellence portfolio to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and process capability (SPC/MSA) across the site.
