Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Deer Park , Texas What's the Job? Develop and implement reliability strategies to optimize equipment performance and lifespan. Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures and operational processes. Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify trends and potential issues proactively. Create detailed reports and documentation to support reliability initiatives and compliance requirements. What's Needed? Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline. What's in it for me?
