Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures and operational processes. Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify trends and potential issues proactively. Create detailed reports and documentation to support reliability initiatives and compliance requirements. What's Needed? Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
