• 14K Relocation Assistance (if eligible) What You'll Do Perform vibration data collection & analysis using CSI/AMS technology Monitor industrial & mining equipment through predictive maintenance programs Analyze condition monitoring data & maintain vibration databases Create reports, presentations & maintenance recommendations Support reliability improvement & RCM/PdM initiatives Inspect & troubleshoot pumps, motors, conveyors & gearboxes Work closely with maintenance, engineering, planning & operations teams Support training & development of reliability maintenance programs Travel to other facilities as needed Follow all safety procedures in industrial & mining environments Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience Experience with rotating equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors & gearboxes Ability to read prints, manuals & technical documents Computer proficiency with MS Office programs Strong communication & teamwork skills Valid driver's license Ability to obtain Level I certification within 1 year Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience Vibration analysis experience or certification Experience with AMS/CSI or RBMWare software Experience with Emerson/CSI online vibration monitoring systems RCFA experience Work Environment Industrial smelter & mining environment Work around moving, energized & elevated equipment Confined spaces & outdoor work conditions may apply ATS Skills Predictive Maintenance, Vibration Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Rotating Equipment, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA),

How many years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience do you have with rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors & gearboxes? Do you have vibration analysis or predictive maintenance experience in an industrial or mining environment? Which vibration monitoring systems or software have you used (AMS CSI, Emerson CSI, RBMWare, etc.)? Do you have experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs? Describe. Describe your experience troubleshooting rotating or industrial equipment. Do you currently hold a vibration analysis certification? If not certified, are you willing to obtain Level I certification within one year? Are you comfortable working around energized, rotating, elevated or confined-space equipment? Are you willing to travel to other facilities as required?
