Job Description
Texas Instruments is looking for an energetic, service minded engineer, who enjoys helping business to succeed by providing quality support to customers, new product development and manufacturing production operations to ensure that TI's products are built in accordance with customer and BU quality expectations while maintaining production flow. The Business Quality Engineer helps solve challenging product quality issues to ensure the integrity of components and products produced. This individual proactively drives quality improvement efforts in assigned areas with the goal of achieving "quality entitlement" performance. The role also supports systematic quality improvements and problem-solving efforts with the focus on protecting and improving product quality and satisfying both internal and external customers.
- Responsibilities include:
- + Solve challenging technical product quality issues, leveraging deep data analytics, manufacturing process knowledge, and hands-on device evaluation where appropriate.

- + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related engineering fields of study + 4+ years of relevant experience + Ability to solve unique complex problems
