Quality Engineer Develops, applies, and maintains the quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.

Job Responsibilities:

Analytical Problem solving/Root Cause Analyses (RCCA, 5 Why, 4-Square, Waterfalls) Direct contact with customers/suppliers in problem-solving capacity. Assist production workers who are engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality issues Perform statistical analyses to verify process capabilities. Develop Process Control Plans. Facilitate Process FMEA Development, calibration and perform Gage R&R Studies Develop Inspection methods and work with Engineering to input them to PCD. Thorough documentation of all activities in the QMS. Coordinates SPC data collection, reporting, and/or analysis as needed Coordinates Internal auditing team functions, scheduling, and execution Assist in 2 nd Party subcontractor audits and corrective actions. Responsible for the maintenance of the TS16949 and ISO9001 systems. Ensure compliance with all applicable customer, environment and safety requirements. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
