Job Summary:

We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Manual Test Engineer who thrives on diving deep into the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring impeccable quality across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The right candidate will be a critical player in performing end-to-end functional testing, mastering the art of defect isolation, and fostering robust collaborations to enhance product integrity. With a focus on manual test case design, execution, and maintenance, this role promises a challenging yet fulfilling opportunity to elevate our Salesforce applications' quality, ensuring alignment with business processes and ultimate user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components. Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across various Salesforce modules ensuring data integrity and system interoperability. Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data models. Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Lead the creation and management of essential test artifacts, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

In-depth experience with Salesforce platform testing across various clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience). Profound knowledge in SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping. Familiarity with API testing tools (preferably Postman) and techniques.

Industry Experience Required:

Prior experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing within the Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
