Serve as the primary point of contact for customer, regulatory, and third‑party audits, including coordination and closure of corrective actions Plan, conduct, and report internal audits; assign and track corrective and preventive actions Support customer-required quality activities such as PPAP, PFMEA, and process flow documentation Participate in and support engineering investigations and quality-related root cause analysis activities Develop and deliver quality-related training for employees as required Administer and maintain the stamp control process Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and oversee supplier qualification activities Monitor supplier performance, manage supplier audits, and track supplier nonconformances Process and manage nonconforming material reports (NCMRs), including supplier-related issues Supervise quality control and inspection activities to meet production, cost of quality, and safety objectives Ensure quality requirements are met for raw materials, work-in-process, outside processing, and finished products Provide day-to-day work direction and technical guidance to inspection staff Support contract review activities, including review of quality clauses and customer-specific requirements Lead and support quality-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to ongoing improvement of departmental processes, procedures, and performance metrics Perform other related duties as assigned Education and Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality or a regulated manufacturing environment Prior experience providing technical leadership or work direction within a quality or inspection function Working knowledge of AS9100 and

ISO 9001
