Part-Time / Full-Time / Temporary / Independent Contractor Position Overview We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our field team supporting local petition and community outreach efforts throughout Pasadena. Team members will engage directly with residents, educate voters on local initiatives, and collect valid petition signatures in compliance with California election laws.

Positions are available for both:

Paid Per Signature Petitioners Hourly Canvassers Candidates may be assigned based on experience, performance, and campaign needs. Responsibilities Collect valid voter signatures for local ballot initiatives Work in public locations, community events, and assigned neighborhoods Conduct voter outreach and community engagement Ensure petition forms are completed accurately and legally Distribute campaign literature and answer public questions Submit completed petitions and daily activity reports on time Maintain a professional and respectful public presence Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Prior canvassing, petitioning, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation Petitioners:

$8 per signature

Canvassers:
