Per Hour Job Summary:

This role focuses on enhancing system reliability and operational efficiency within a technical environment. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating system risks, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting technical investigations to resolve equipment issues. The position also involves contributing to new technology introductions and data-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance system reliability and operational performance. Identify and mitigate system performance risks. Lead and execute efficiency and yield improvement projects. Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis for equipment issues. Support new technology integration and validation.

Must-Have Skills:

Process engineering fundamentals and P&ID interpretation. Equipment troubleshooting and data analysis skills. Technical documentation in regulated environments. This role requires experience within the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or other regulated industries.
