Job Title:

Quality Engineer

Union City, CA

Hourly Range:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, and work instructions. Lead cross-functional teams in technical root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage supplier quality performance and coordinate with suppliers to resolve defective material issues. Analyze production data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other methodologies to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Serve as the primary quality contact for OEM customers regarding quality concerns and audits. Oversee internal process audits and facilitate compliance with customer requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to Quality Technicians and Inspectors. Participate in

APQP/PPAP

processes for new product launches or engineering changes.

Skills and Experience:

Bilingual skills (English/Korean). Experience with tire/wheel assembly processes. Experience in Equipment Engineering or Manufacturing/Production Engineering. Hands-on experience in developing and authoring PFMEA and Control Plans.
