Job Description

Job Title:
Senior Quality Engineer Location:
Bethel, Connecticut (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Quality Engineer for an important quality-focused role within a highly regulated environment. This position supports the full product lifecycle by helping ensure quality standards, driving corrective action, and strengthening supplier and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Plan and direct activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards and systems. Develop and implement inspection, testing, evaluation, and quality data recording methods and procedures. Interface with suppliers and external customers to resolve product issues, including non-conforming material and corrective action responses. Support internal audits, product audits, MRB activities, customer reviews, and other quality control and review activities.
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical role. Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR, including a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Ability to understand technical data, knowledge of measurement systems, and understanding of statistics and root cause analysis. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, along with aerospace, medical, or other highly regulated industry experience.
