Bethel, Connecticut job type: Contract salary: $38.48 - 53.82 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, testing methods, and evaluation procedures across all stages of the manufacturing process.

Lead supplier quality control activities, including purchase order reviews, MRB scrap processing, and corrective action resolutions.

Serve as the primary quality liaison with customers and government regulatory agencies such as the FAA and DCMA.Conduct internal and external quality audits, disposition non-conforming materials, and evaluate product reliability data.

Provide technical quality assistance, generate training materials, and coordinate FAA certified Repair Station activities.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, with eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing role, ideally within aerospace or another highly regulated industry. Strong knowledge of measurement systems, statistical analysis, root cause problem-solving, and interpreting complex technical data.
