This role oversees both internal processes and finished goods, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory certifications. The position also drives continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying root causes, and implementing process enhancements that improve product reliability, consistency, and operational efficiency. •Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder in compliance with
U.S. ITAR
regulations. Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintaining quality standards and compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485. Program Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment. Define and lead corrective action processes. Support first article inspections (FAI's). Document FAIR's per customer requirements. Monitor yield, scrap, and rework trends. Perform root cause analysis. Maintain an effective quality management system that complies with business needs, customer requirements and appropriate industry standards. Manage monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes. • Oversee inspection of incoming materials, in-process material/product and final product prior to delivery, ensuring all requirements are met. Interface with all levels of employees on all quality related matters to include customer complaints and returned material. Interface with customers and external parties such as registrars and regulatory agencies. Review and analyze collected data for management review on company objectives. Define, write, implement and facilitate training on policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards. Determine the type of inspections to be performed such as 100%, sampling or reduced sampling. Who You Are Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in a related field. 3 years of experience working in quality control in a manufacturing environment. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. in compliance with ITAR regulations. Understanding of MRB review and reporting. Ability to conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) reporting analysis. 3 years of experience with ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485.
Background working with
PCB & PCBA.
Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Work Environment Office environment within a manufacturing facility Frequent interaction with internal departments and customers Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
