Full Job Description General Description of Duties:
Senior Quality Engineer/Quality Manager (QE/QM) will be providing resources to meet regulatory and customer requirements. The Quality Engineer shall ensure that the Quality System is managed and maintained. The QE/QM shall be the primary customer contact for technical data and communication of RCCA.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that Quality System is maintained Verify and track lab records to maintain conformance to testing requirements. Establish Quality plan to ensure conformance to customer specifications. Work with Engineering to develop specification specific inspection requirements. Control of customer technical data and specifications. Ensure that
MCL/LCS/SCA
requirements are established and maintained. Manage an effective CAR system for internal and external RCCA. Disposition of non-conforming material Supplier evaluation and rating Manage and use customer surveys and customer scorecards for process improvement and to monitor customer satisfaction. Ensure proper flow down of technical data and part requirements on work instructions and outgoing documents. Maintain in-house quality and production metrics supporting the Quality System. Document and manage employee training relevant to Quality System requirements and changes. Maintain a "hands on" approach to quality under direction from Top Management. A "self-starter" who is always excited to take on a new task and challenges.
Skills/Qualifications:
BS Degree (or equivalent work experience) in relevant fields with minimum 3 years of Quality related experience, including knowledge of and requirements of AS9100 and
NADCAP AC7004.
Knowledge of Chemical Processing and testing relevant to maintain chemical processes. Must display excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills and be able to drive projects to completion. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills appropriate for direct interaction with customers. Good computer skills. Experience with Continuous Improvement including Lean Manufacturing and Visual Management Techniques. Company does not cover relocation costs. US Person. Health, 401K, profit sharing,
