  • 85,000 + Full Benefits Adecco is partnering with a well-established manufacturingpany in the Brookfield / New Milford area to hire a hands-on Quality Engineer who will own quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across operations.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with immediate opening.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D) to reduce defects
  • Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to improve process capability
  • Support new product launches using PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/APQP
  • Ensurepliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, or AS9100
  • Lead internal audits and support customer and regulatory audits
  • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in a hands-on capacity
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PPAP, DOE, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience working within formal quality management systems and audits
  • Strong problem-solving,munication, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma certification

Pay Details:
