Job Description

Job Description Responsible for the on-site execution and verification of handover, maintenance, testing and acceptance for overseas data center projects. Assist with evidence collection for each test item, as well as schedule management and quality control of testing work. Key Responsibilities 1. On-site Test Management & Coordination for Overseas Projects Oversee work delivery of vendors and third-party testing organizations at project sites. Supervise the implementation of test plans to ensure all test items fully comply with technical requirements and contractual agreements. Coordinate resources to resolve on-site emergencies, and drive rapid problem identification and closure. Ensure all testing activities follow safety regulations, quality standards and client delivery requirements to guarantee smooth project acceptance. 2. Factory Acceptance & Quality Control for Large-scale Projects Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for core equipment and systems, and conduct inspections in accordance with standard checklists. Conduct on-site verification on key quality control points, including electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance and other aspects. Perform on-site inspections based on key checklists throughout project implementation, identify potential risks in advance and follow up until issues are fully resolved. Assist in reviewing technical documents submitted by vendors (e.g. BOM, drawings, test reports, compliance certificates) to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. 3. Work Location & Working Time Business travel accounts for 30% to 50% of working time based on project demands, mainly covering countries in Europe and America. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; outstanding candidates may be given special consideration. Majored in Electrical Engineering (low-voltage & high-voltage) , HVAC or other mechanical & electrical related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in data center testing and validation is preferred. Familiar with full testing & validation procedures and data center systems including electrical, HVAC, weak current and fire protection systems. Capable of reviewing test plans, test schemes and test reports independently. Well-versed in the progress, quality and safety management of testing projects, with solid EHS awareness and practical experience. Fluent in both English and Chinese; able to review English test reports and communicate with vendors independently. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Diligent, responsible, capable of independent judgment and self-motivated. Possess practical experience in test project management; PMP certification is a plus. Able to work under pressure and accept long-term business travel.
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
