As a Program Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and compliance of aerospace programs throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes that align with project goals and customer requirements. In this role, you will impact the success of aerospace programs by identifying quality risks, facilitating root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans for aerospace programs to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate program quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related field within the aerospace industry. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools. Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control. Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
WE VALUE
Master's degree in a related field. Experience with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
