Responsibilities Conduct root cause analysis using methods like Taguchi/Fishbone, 5 Whys, and Six Sigma process controls. Perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and control charting. Develop and implement statistical techniques including SPC, Control Charting, and Sigma/Cpk Studies. Promote Lean Manufacturing techniques such as 5S, waste elimination, and value stream mapping. Assist with internal audits and collaborate with assembly facilities and suppliers to resolve issues. Support customer teams in quality field investigation and document causes of non-conformance issues. Drive corrective actions and perform daily spot audits, issuing quality/process alerts. Coordinate pilot build audits for new SKUs with the NPI Team and Manufacturing Engineering. Review test data for new product design reviews and DFM reviews for NPI SKUs. Drive improvements in assembly process and product design to reduce errors. Engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements and participate in CAPA meetings. Assist with process audits and support manufacturing and warehouse teams during customer interactions. Lead projects or cross-functional team initiatives as needed. Essential Skills Root Cause Analysis FMEA Audit Non-Conformances 2+ years of experience in a Quality/Manufacturing Environment Additional Skills & Qualifications Engineering Degree Experience with Taguchi methods Familiarity with Six Sigma and DFM Work Environment This position is based onsite with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.71 - $48.08/hr.
