We're hiring a Lab Validation Engineer / QE to support a large-scale cleanroom and lab buildout. This role will focus on both cleanroom qualification and lab equipment validation in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
Support cleanroom and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) Adapt existing validation protocols and documentation for a new facility Write/update URS and technical documents Validate lab equipment (incubators, refrigerators, environmental chambers, etc.) Assist with environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, automation opportunities) Collaborate with facilities and engineering teams
Requirements:
3+ years in validation, quality, or lab engineering Experience with equipment qualification; cleanroom experience is a major plus Strong technical writing/documentation skills Background in pharma, med device, biotech, or other regulated industries preferred
