You will combine structured learning, hands-on experimentation, technical execution, and clear communication. You will develop a QA mindset while moving work from an unfamiliar question to a tested, dependable solution. Key Responsibilities Investigate assigned customer and product problems, document findings, and identify root causes Research, test, and iterate on solutions using appropriate engineering methods Build, modify, test, and document software, scripts, automations, or workflows Consider edge cases, reproduce issues, and validate fixes before completion Participate in code reviews, regression testing, troubleshooting, and documentation About you You are willing to learn, seek feedback, explain your thinking, and work through ambiguity. You communicate reasoning, progress, blockers, defects, test results, and outcomes clearly. You take ownership of agreed tasks, follow through on commitments, and learn from feedback and results.
