We seek a passionate Project Quality Engineer to drive excellence in rail solutions, collaborating with dedicated teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards. Your work will directly impact the reliability and safety of transportation systems, shaping the legacy of mobility in Atlanta and beyond.

Your Role, Your Impact Implement scalable quality assurance processes across multiple rail projects

Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers

Monitor and enhance reliability through rigorous testing and root cause analysis

Champion innovative quality improvement initiatives and digital tools

Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within project teams You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Elecetrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related technical field

Over 2 years of experience in quality engineering or project management

Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving tools

Strong understanding of rail industry standards and project lifecycle concepts

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for managing project teams How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of quality milestones and project goals

Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams
