You will work across product and customer contexts to deliver maintainable software capabilities. You will apply engineering expertise, practical judgment, and a strong quality-assurance mindset from discovery through release and learning. Key Responsibilities Investigate customer and product problems, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence Design, build, test, release, and support reliable Paragon TMS software Anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and regression risks throughout development Create tests, test data, validation approaches, and appropriate acceptance criteria Communicate risks, defects, test results, tradeoffs, and progress clearly About you You take ownership of complex technical problems and follow issues through resolution. You use evidence and sound judgment to make decisions and explain your reasoning. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners and help improve the effectiveness of the broader engineering team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Several years of software, product, or quality engineering experience Experience delivering production-quality solutions for complex technical problems Strong QA mindset covering edge cases, regression risk, and solution validation Experience with automated or manual testing, defect prevention, or release validation To be ahead of the pack, you might have: Experience with transportation management, supply chain, enterprise, or SaaS products Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, SQL, Python, application performance, or observability Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives What's in it for you?
