FMEA/FMECA
efforts and partner with cross-functional engineering teams to drive reliability improvements Perform predictive reliability analysis, including probability of loss of control, loss of asset, and
MTBF/MTTF
calculations using industry standards (e.g., MIL-HDBK-217) Develop and execute qualification test plans in collaboration with Test Engineering, including test setup, instrumentation, and campaign oversight Build maintainability prediction models and support preventative maintenance and sparing strategies (MIL-HDBK-472) Conduct Weibull analysis using qualification and field data to assess product reliability and lifecycle performance Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to embed requirements into production processes and validate acceptance test criteria Analyze field and production data to identify failure trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and reliability process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline 8+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering or Design/Development Engineering within aerospace or defense environments Experience with safety-critical systems Strong background in reliability engineering methods, including FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, and predictive modeling Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-516C, and
MIL-STD-1629
Experience developing and executing qualification testing, reliability growth, and failure analysis processes Proven experience in design reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR) and communicating technical concepts across engineering and leadership teams Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance 1457580_1778703906 To Apply for this Job Click Here
